This is a very late post but it's better to be late than never.
You all know how much I love planners. As a busy person, a planner is essential for me since I need to get my things done and to make my life as organize as possible. Imagine, I'm a student, an entrepreneur, a mother, a partner, and a daughter- I guess you can get the idea about how my life is extremely hectic.
Last year, I used the Mini Happy Planner because it's cute and I was feeling creative. It was working out at that time but I realized that I don't have much time to spare in designing my monthlies. Apart from that, the size was too small for me. To be honest, I didn't anticipate that I will be busy last year that is why I chose a smaller one.
So for this year, I decided a minimalist but has a good size that I can fit in my bag.
I was looking for the perfect planner and on top of my list will be Muji of course but my fiance, Jerico decided to give me a Christmas present in the form of a planner. He let me chose which one I love most and he paid for it. To me, it was a sweet gesture.
I got mine from National Bookstore for 550 pesos. I have heard about Victoria's Journals and I also have a couple of journals with me so I know that it will be perfect for me. I also chose the undated one because I realized that last year, there are times that I forgot to plot my schedule or to-do list because I'm just so busy and tired that I have no time to do it.
This year, since it will be undated my plan is if every I missed a day of writing a to-do list I might right some reflection or words of wisdom to encourage me to do better every day- this will be a great motivation in times that I am lost for one and I just need a word of encouragement to help me get by.
I really love my year's planner. What's also good about this is the leather cover can be used again. This is also one of the characteristics of a planner that I look for. Same goes with my Happy Planner, I can reuse it again. I'm all about saving and reusing. Is this a thing when you get older? HAHAHA!
I also love how my planner is really spacious, I can have more space to write important notes and what's good about here is that they have dotted pages where I can do Bullet Journal. Although I am not good at drawing, I believe this would be a great representation of a journal or like a monthly-reflection of some sort. Also, the dailies have more space to write my to-do list, it's horizontal so I can either make a reflection or to-do list.
