As a 22-year-old single mom, it makes it harder for me to balance my work, my social life, my studies and most importantly- being a mom. I feel very guilty when I spend less time with my son because I am pre-occupied with my work and studies but then I have no choice but to suck with my situation and deal with it because I want to provide a good life for my son. Also, what's worse with our location is that THERE ARE NO KIDS AROUND! So not only did my son plays alone most of the time, his mother (me) is always busy which makes me feel a little bit guilty yet trying hard to make meets amend.

The only bonding time I have with my son is during Saturdays which is my rest day and we always visit SM Fairview because that is the nearest accessible mall in our location, I'm very lucky that we just live nearby a good mall that has all of the things that we need on a daily basis.

Recently, SM Supermalls started the Kids' month and in lieu with this month-long celebration. SM supermalls had a very happy Super AweSM Kids Day in 65 participating malls nationwide.

The event was filled with kids and parents who bonds with a variety of play corners to choose from, there's a big giant inflatable playing area for kids and there's another who offers virtual reality games that children indulge into.


After that, there was a program held as kids wore their favorite superhero costumes and showcased how awesome they could be! I was so immensely excited and awed to see little kids strut down the escalator and celebrity moms and dads together with their little ones shared their amazing stories.
