I was born and raised in the outskirts of Quezon City and even though my city is a cosmopolitan city, I must say that there are pros and cons of living in here. One of the major drawbacks is the heavy traffic that I always encounter every time I was out and about. Furthermore, most of the events that I usually go to is located in the South which gives me a huge amount of traveling which does not only take lots of time but also energy consuming as well.
As I grew up and I considering investing my own property, I have to be honest, I am considering living in the South.
1. South is an urban area but it is close to nature
With the fast pace of life in the city and the exhaustion from traffic jam and demands of our work, every once in a while we would like to have a vacation, take a rest and reconnect with yourself and what is the perfect location to indulge yourself with tranquil? Nature and South is the perfect spot, why? Because they are near places like Laguna, Tagaytay, and Batangas which as we all know one of the go-to getaways of people who wants to relax and be one with nature.
2. Beaches Galore
I have to be honest, I am a beach bum but because of my location, it is quite difficult to travel since I have a little one. My cousin lives in Batangas and he always visits the beach every now and then which makes me feel jealous because who doesn't want to go to the beach most especially during summer, right?
3. Pamper yourself with Hotsprings
Whether you're working in a nine-to-five job or you're working freelance, the pressure and exhaustion are quite the same. I have been working in the freelance industry for over 2 years and I must say, I really need to have some "lamig" that I need to get over with because it's giving me a huge burden- you know signs of aging and they say that apart from massage, hot springs are a perfect way to remove these in your body plus, it regulates your blood circulation so this is one of the many activities I look forward to trying.
While looking through my options, I stumble upon Calmar Land which is one of the biggest and secured Land Development Company in the country and I must say, I am quite interested to get a lot.
What do you guys think? Should I move to the South?
