Two years after I gave birth, my skin's hyperpigmentation didn't fade away even though I tried so many products in hopes to lighten my skin. That's why I'm in search of affordable yet effective products that would suffice my needs to lighten my skin.
Queen Bhean skincare line had a wide range of different skincare products made especially for your face and entire body. They sent me 7 products to try and I'm really excited to share them with you guys.
Bubble Wash
Price: 200 pesos for 100ml
Product Claims: Effectively removes makeup and excess oils. Thoroughly cleans your face leaving it refreshed.
Experience: The bubble was really refreshing. I highly recommend it using in the morning because whenever I use this and rinse it with cold water, not only did my skin looks so awake, my entire body and spirit awakens too. It has a tight feeling every after using it. My face feels dry but that doesn't really bother me at all.
Pore Correcting Toner
Price: 200 pesos for 100 ml
Product Claims: It effectively tones your skin, rebalances its PH level and preserves natural oils. It also removes excess makeup, dirt and oil impurities after cleansing.
Experience: I can extremely feel the cooling infused cucumber scent in this product. What I enjoyed about the product is I didn't experience prickly feeling on my skin even I applied it several times. I feel like my skin is moisturized as soon as I applied this after I washed my face with their bubble wash. It deeply cleans my face most especially whenever I wear makeup (foundation) it further removes the remaining foundation left on my face. One concern though, it has Alcohol Denat on their ingredient so it might not suit well for people who have sensitive skin.
Essence
Price: 300 pesos for 30 ml
Product Claims: Makes your complexion look livelier while replenishing the necessary nourishment for healthier, younger-looking skin.
Experience: This is my first time that I tried essence so honestly, I don't know what I should be expecting. I extremely felt very moisturized and my skin looks radiant after using the product which I absolutely love. It's extremely lightweight so it is perfect for everyday use.
Instant Whitening Lotion
Price: 200 pesos for 100 ml
Product Claims: Contains Jeju Ginseng Extract, Cucumber Extract and double action actives Arbutin and Glutathione and anti-oxidant that promotes collagen formation. It nourishes and moisturizes the skin throughout the day leaving it fairer, soft and radiant.
Experience: The lotion instantly whitens my skin but it's not what you can watch on social media wherein you instantly have a fair skin, it does make your skin lighter. The consistency is watery and one thing I've noticed is it became so liquidy that when you open the lid, it immediately goes out; I talked to the owner about this and we are thinking that it might be because of the weather. The lotion itself is really lightweight and it doesn't make me feel sticky throughout the day.
Clay Mask
Price: 200 pesos or 100 ml
Product Claims: It peels away impurities that can cause the skin to be rough and dull. It soothes and moisturizes the skin every after use.
Experience: When I first tried it, I didn't like it because it's too minty for me, it gets to the point that my eyes became watery because I couldn't take the mint but as I tried it every other day, I later got used to it and now I'm really loving it. After I use it, I immediately feel my skin so moisturized and really bouncy and I noticed that my pores minimize every after use.
Whitening Soap
Price: 150 pesos for 150g
Product Claims: Detoxifies skin and balances the immune system. It improves collagen synthesis and cell proliferation. Ideal for persons with eczema, dry skin, sensitive skin and revitalizes rough skin.
Experience: I noticed that this soap didn't melt easily which is one of the characteristics I look for when it comes to soap. Every after the bath, my skin feels really moisturized and I can go with the day without wearing any lotion unlike before. Though it's lacking the cooling effect and the cucumber scent, it doesn't bother me at all.
Bleach with Scrub Crystals
Price: 300 pesos for 300 g
Product Claims: Rejuvenate your skin and removes dead skin cells. It gives your body a smooth finish every after wash.
Experience: This is my most favorite product from their product line. I love how minty it is on my skin though just like the clay mask, I didn't like it at first because it's too minty when you put too much but then, as I continued using it, not only I got used with the cooling effect I noticed that my underarms lightened. I am hoping that soon enough, I can flaunt my underarms just like I did before I gave birth. So far, I'm loving the results. It's really moisturizing on my skin.
Overall Thoughts
I enjoyed trying their products, it's really affordable and I'm experiencing positive results so far. Controlled oiliness, less break out and most importantly, lightens my underarms! I highly recommend this product most especially the scrub because it's really worth it.
